Air-Fried Grilled Chicken/Weight loss Recipe

Air-Fried Grilled Chicken


Ingredients

  • Chicken: 8 pieces (1.5 kg), cleaned
  • Lemon: 2 (1 for washing, 1 for marination)
  • Salt: 2 tsp (or to taste)
  • Olive Oil: 3 tbsp 
  • Paprika Powder: 1 tsp 
  • Onion Powder: 1 tsp or (blend onion, then sieve)
  • Hung Curd: 4 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 4 tsp 
  • Kashmiri Chili Powder: 2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves): 1 tsp 
  • Cumin Powder: ½ tsp (roasted)
  • Coriander Powder: ½ tsp (roasted)
  • Garam Masala: ¼ tsp 
  • Red Food Color (optional): ¼ tsp (a pinch)
  • Chili Flakes: ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg Powder: ½ tsp
  • Curry Leaves: optional 

Method

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly using 1 lemon juice and 1 tsp of salt. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Make the Marinade:

    • In a large bowl, mix together hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika powder, onion powder, Kashmiri chili powder, garlic powder, kasuri methi, cumin powder,  coriander powder, garam masala, nutmeg powder, red food color (if using). Add chili flakes, curry leaves, and salt to taste.
  3. Marinate the Chicken:

    • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer:

    • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
  5. Air Fry the Chicken:

    • Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.
    • Air fry for 10 minutes on each side. After flipping the chicken, spray a little oil on the surface for an even golden brown finish.
  6. Serve:

    • Remove the chicken from the air fryer, and serve hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or salad.

Enjoy the succulent and flavorful air-fried grilled chicken, perfectly cooked and bursting with spices!

Ingredients 

Chicken Drumstick - 1 kg
Eastern  Thandoori Masala - 4Tspn
Curd - 4 Tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tspn
Kashmiri Chilli pwd - 1 tspn
Lemon Juice  - 4 Tspn
Salt -- 2 tspn 


Method

Wash and strain Chicken Drumstic  and pierce with fork.
Mix all the above ingredients to chicken and marinate 3 hour. 
Brush the oil or butter to a Air fryer  and cook 20 min ( keep each side 10 min)


Instead of Air Fryer you can Deep fry or grill 
simple and easy recipe

Sukku coffee with Fennel / Weight Loss Coffee





  

 Sukku soombu (sanuf/fennelseed coffee with milk)

Ingredients

Water + milk 250 ml
sugar - 1 tspn 
sukku sanuf pwd - 1 tspn 
coffee - 1/2 tspn  (Sun rice coffee powder)

Method

Boil the water+ milk
with sukku sanuf pwd and reduce water 3/4  add coffee powder,
sugar boil for 2 min  and strain it. Enjoy.


J​aleela's Tips: 
Morning regularly  have this pwd with coffee (or) tea it helps to reduce  weight. 
we can prepare this coffee with milk or without milk Instead of jaggery you can use sugar



  • சுக்கு - 50 கிராம்
  • சோம்பு - 25 கிராம்
  • ஏலக்காய் - 10 கிராம்
  • புதினா - ஒரு கைப்பிடி
  • பனங்கற்கண்டு - 10 கிராம்

  • சோம்பை லேசாக வறுத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
  • எல்லாவற்றையும் வெயிலில் காய வைத்து காய்ந்த ஈரமில்லாத மிக்ஸியில் போட்டு பவுடராக்கி ஒரு பவுளில் கொட்டி சூடு ஆறியதும் ஒரு டப்பாவில் போட்டு வைக்க வேண்டும்
Note:
மோஷன் ப்ராப்ளம் உள்ளவர்களும் இந்த பவுடர் போட்டு குடிக்கலாம். இது வயிறு வலிகேஸ் பிராப்ளம்வயிறு உப்புசம்செரிக்காமல் இருப்பவர்கள் இந்த பவுடரை ஒரு டம்ளருக்கு கால் தேக்கரண்டி வீதம் டீ (அ) காப்பியில் போட்டு குடிக்க வேண்டும்.


Ingredients


Dry Ginger - 50 gram

sanuf /fennel - 25 gram


cardamom - 10 gram

dry mint - 3 tbspn (optional)

palm Jaggery = 10 gram


Dry Roast fennel seeds, cool, now add cardamom, dry ginger ,roasted fennel to mixie and powder it .
After cooling Transfer the powder into a air tight container.


Jaleela's Tips  for digestion problem , stomach upset, gas problem,stomach pain , add this powder 1tsp  or 1/2 and prepare with tea or coffee.

Ingredients

Palak, mint,coriander leaves  - 3/4 cup
small piece - guva
beet root - 1 tbspn
carrot - 1 tbspn
yellow pumpkin - 1 tbspn
grated ginger - - 1/2 tspn
gooseberry - 1 no
lemon juice - 1 tspn
Salt to taste

Method


Wash green and  soak in a hot water.

in a blender or mixer add all above ingredients and soaked greens with 1/2 cup of water except lemon juice blend well.
transfer to a glass add lemon juice and enjoy .

This detox drink will clean our kidney and liver.

Paleo Diet Meal - Boiled Veggie Stir Fry & King Fish Fry

King Fish Fry
Boiled veggie Stir Fry
Cucumber Salad



Boiled  veggie stir fry
Ingredients

biringal
carrot
zucchini
drumstick
chow chow

 altogether 200 gram

pepper pwd - half tspn
salt - half tsp
lemon juice - 1 tspn
 Curry Leaves - few
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Extra Virgin coconut oil - 1 tbspn 

Method
Wash and cut the vegetables and then boil with little water & salt. In a wide pan add coconut oil and temper it with cumin and curry leaves add boiled vegetables and sauté well sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper transfer it to a serving bowl! 
Eat this with some soup. Very easy meal for paleo.






King fish fry

Ingredients
200 gram - king fish
1 tsp - Blk pepper and chilli powder
Salt - half tspn
lemon juice - 1 tbspn
gg paste - half tspn
coconut oil - fry frying


Method
Wash and add above masala to fish marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the pan add coconut oil and keep the flame on medium fire, fry the fish both sides until golden brown.


Eat the veggie and fish fry with cucumber salad as a dinner for paleo diet.

Cut cucumber into round shape sprinkle with salt, pepper & lemon juice.

Recently I have started Paleo diet. I got  very good result  , now I reduced 7 kg weight in three months. I will post some of recipes one by one here later

Red Spinach Raw Mango Salad

Sometimes for my morning breakfast I eat this type of salad. It’s a great filling and very light food. Eating salad every day giving us many health benefits. Salad helps to prevent from many diseases like heart problem and blood pressure, it helps to reduce our weight, control the cholesterol It also helps in weight gain, It is a high energy low fat snack too//

Ingredients

Chopped Red Spinach – ½  cup
Chopped Raw Mango – ½ cup
Chopped Cucumber – ½ Cup
Chopped Carrot – ½ Cup

For Dressing

Rose Marry   dry – ¼ tspn
Lemon juice – 1 tbspn
Olive oil – 1 tbspn
Salt, pepper – to taste.



Method


Mix salad dressing in a bowl and add all chopped veggie and mix well.
Transfer the salad in to serving plate garnishing with Red Spinach.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour  and serve it immediately.
 Very simple and easy Healthy salad ready.
