Garlic and Pepper BBQ Salmon

  1. Salmon Fish – ½ Kg
  2. Lemon – Juice – 1 tbspn
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Black pepper pwd – ½ tspn
  5. Garlic paste – 1tspn
  6. Cream cheese – 1 tbspn
  7. Olive oil – 3 tspn

  1. Wash salmon fish and cut it into thick and lengthy pieces. 
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients olive oil, garlic paste ,black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice and add washed salmon fish and marinate it and keep it for about 20 minutes.
  3.  Grill the marinated salmon both sides until cooked. 
  4. Garlic and pepper BBQ salmon is ready to eat with Arabic Kuboos and Garlic sauce.

Note: You can marinate it overnight or I hour also. Instead of Black pepper you can add ground green chilli or red chilli powder.

Cauliflower peas kurma

Cauli flower – ¼ kg
Frozen Peas – 100 gram
Chopped Oninon – 2 nos
Chopped Tomato – 1 nos
Red chili pwd– 1 tspn
Turmeric pwd – ¼ tspn
Ginger garlic paste -1 tspn
Coriander leaves –few
Oil – 3 tspn
Bay leaf – 1 no
Cinnamon – 1 “ size
Clove – 2 nos
Cardamom – 2 nos
Grated coconut – 3 tbspn

Cauliflower peas kurma is very good side dish for idiyappam, chappathi, rotti
Soak cauliflower in a hot  water with little salt and drain it.
In a wok add oil and temper with bay leaf, cinnamon, clove and add chopped onion and sauté well, after onion turns brown in colour add gg paste and sauté till  raw smell goes off. 
Add all the masalas  red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd , salt
Tomato till it  become soft, add  coriander  leaves and mint and   sauté well.
Add cauliflower and peas stir, fold well with masalas and sprinkle some water close the lid and cook 5 minutes
Add one cup of water and close the lid,  cook well
Add ground coconut and cook for  5 minutes .
Remove from the heat and serve it with idiyappam or chappathi.
