Rose petal juice 

In This video I have teach how to prepare Gulkand (gulqand) juice. (Sweet preserve of Rose Petals). Rose Petal Jam Juice. Very easy and healthy Juice.




Ingredients

pomegranate - 2 tsblespoon
{ gulgand )rose petal - 1 tspn
Brown sugar - 1 tspn
ice water 1 cup
ice cubes

method

In a blender (mixie), add pomegranate water,ice cubes , Gulqand and sugar blend well.
Strain the juice in a strainer or muslin cloth.

Transfer the juice into  glass and add Ice cubes.
And Serve .
Enjoy.

  3. 1 Grapefruit
  4. 1 orange
  5. 1 Indian orange (saththukudi)
  6. 200 ml water
  7. 5 pcs ice cubes
  8. 1 tbsp ginger honey or brown sugar

Method

Wash cut and remove seeds from three oranges 
in a blender/juicer add water,brown sugar and ice cubes blend well and strain it. 
for Sweetner add ginger honey or brown sugar. 
Grapefruit is diabetic cure it's taste is very sour so i added here two type of other oranges.

Tri Fruit Juice ( Mango. Papaya, Kiwi)








The King of the Fruit Mango
Mangoes are an excellent source of Vitamins A and C, as well as a good source of Potassium and contain beta carotene.
Mangos are high in fiber, but low in calories (approx. 110 per average sized mango), fat (only 1 gram) and sodium.
Mangos are a good staple for your daily diet.
     Deliciously rich in anti-oxidants, potassium and fiber - the mango is the perfect   fruit! Truly 'the king of fruit'.

Tri Fruit Juice ( Mango,Papaya, Kivi)

Serves : 5
Preparation time: 15  minutes






Ingredients

Papaya  - 2 cups
Kivi – 1 cup
Mango -  2 cup
Ice Cubes – 15 nos
Sugar  -  to Taste

Mint leaves – few


For Garnishing

Mint leaves – few


 Method


Wash and slice the mango,papaya and kiwi.

Add Mango,Papaya,Kiwi,Mint leaves,Sugar and Ice-cubes in the Mixer and grind them to Smooth paste.

Garnish this juice with mint leaves and Serve it cool!

Note: I used half papaya,1 mango,and 3 kiwi fruits,where i peeled the skin with peeler and removed their seeds before getting it sliced

Papaya kiwi mint smoothie



Papaya Kiwi Mint Smoothie

Papaya  fruit is known  for its nutritional  and medicinal values.
It is good for the anemic people too.

Method

Serves : 3
Preparation time: 10  minutes


Ingredients

Papaya – 2 cups
Kiwi – 1/2 cup
Ice cubes – 10 
Sugar – to taste
Mint leaves – few

For Garnishing

Mint leaves – few





Method

Wash and cut the papaya and kiwi.

Add mint leaves,  sugar, ice cubes in the blender.
Puree all the ingredients to a  Smooth paste, and serve it cool.
Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.

Note:  I used half of the  papaya fruit. I  removed the papaya skin  with a peeler . I  scooped out the  seeds with a spoon and then cut the fruit into small cubes.

Red Cocktail Cooler

Refreshing thirst quencher drink during summer time.super cooler




Ingredients:-

watermelon - 2 cups
plums - 3
pomegranate - 1
dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Rooh Afza - 1 tbspn
sugar - as required
water – ½ cup
ice cubs - 8


Method:-

Blend all the Ingredients ( dry ginger, sugar, salt, pomegranate, plums, watermelon ) with water and extract the juice.
Enjoy well.
Refreshing red cocktail is ready.
