Ingredients 
King fish - 2 nos chopped - ginger chopped - garlic chopped - green chilli mango small cut into lenthwise chopped onion one no salt Fresh coconut milk - 1 cup or powder 5 tspn desolve in hot water water coconut oil fenugreek - 1/2 tspn curry leaves - 1/2 tspn fennel seed -1/2 red chilli powder - one tspn coriander powder - 1/2 tspn

Saucey Steamed Thilapia with Vegetables















  1. Saucey Steamed Thilapia  with Vegetables
  2. 2 Big Thilapia Fish
  3. as needed Salt
  4. Few Lemon slices
  5. For vegetables:
  6. 200 grams Cluster Beans
  7. 100 grams Carrot
  8. 6 Garlic pods
  9. 1 tsp grated ginger
  10. 1 tbspn Butter
  11. 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
  12. 1/4 cup spring onion
  13. 1 oyster sauce
  14. 1 tbspn soy sauce
  15. 1 tbspn tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Wash the fish with salt and clean it well and remove the fish pin in the middle. 
    In the center of the fish Place the lemon cut in half and other pieces of lemon around the fish. 
    Now place the two fishes on the steamer. 
    wash all the veggies carrot,cluster beans,ginger,garlic. Remove the skin and chop the garlic,grate the ginger, cut the cluster beans into lengthwise,cut the carrot and cucumber into two inch size.
  2. Now mix all the veggies and place it over the fish. Close the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. 
    Take another pan add butter, chopped onion and garlic powder saute well add chopped spring onion and saute for 1 minute,next add oyster sauce,soy sauce,black pepper,salt,tomato ketchup,brown sugar and mix it well and add little water and stir it well and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Now arrange all vegetables on a serving plate,place the big steamed fish and spread over prepared sauce. set for 5 minutes. 
    Super dooper steamed saucey fish with vegetables is ready to eat for our lunch or dinner, this is an amazing dinner diet recipe.

Fish Nugget Sandwich



  1. Ingredients
  2. 200 grams boneless fish
  3. 1/2 tsp paparika powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  9. 1/2 tsp Cornflour
  10. 2 long subway onion bun
  11. Method
Wash fish and cut cube size, add paprika powder,pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and cornflour powder, beat the egg and dip all the fish cubes and coat with bread crumbs. keep in a freezer for 1/2 hour.
Cut the subway onion bun and apply butter, slightly heat it in a tawa, and apply garlic paste and BBQ sauce, sprinkle litter ketchup and arrange fried fish nuggets and keep little dill leaves and carrot, Repeat the same rest of the sandwiches.Power pack healthy and heavy sandwich is ready to eat.

Steamed Dori Fish with jaggery and chilli Sauce


Restaurant Style Steamed Dori Fish with jaggery and chilli

Fishes are good for health.  Instead of frying   we can steam and prepare with  red chilli flakce with jaggery sauce or  tamarind sauce or  schezwan it is good for our diet. Very easy to prepare this recipe.

Ingredients


Dori Fish – Flat fish big – 200 gram
Salt
 For the sauce
Gingely oil – 2 tbspn
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Chopped garlic – 1 tbspn
Soy sauce – 3 tbspn
Jaggery –syrub – 1 tbspn
Salt
Red chilli lakes  - 1 tspn
Green chilli – 1 no chopped
Oyster sauce – 1 tspn

Method

Chopped green onion – 2 tables (chop separately green and white part) green part for garnishin
Lettuce leaves – 2 nos



Wash and pat dry the fish, apply salt and each side of the  fish and  steam each side 5 minutes


For preparing sauce


Heat oil in pan and add chopped onion, Garlic , green chilli and green onion white part and sauté well,
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and jaggery syrub mix well and cook for 5 miniutes








For serving suggestion


Arrange the lettuce leaf on a plate pour half of the sauce and place the  steamed fish   And pour rest of the sauce over it.

Red Snapper Fish Fry - Air Fryer Fish Fry





Air
 Fryer Grill Fish Fry


Red Snapper Fish - 1/2 kg (6 Pcs)
salt - 3/4 tspn
Aachi FIsh Fry masala - 1 tspn
Red Chilli powder - 1 tspn
onion powder - 1 tspn
garlic powder - 1 tspn
coconut oil - required qty ( 2 tspn)
lemon juice - 1/2 tspn


1. Clean the fish two to three times and add  white vinegar (or) turmeric powder soak for 5 minutes and slit the fish with knife three  to four cuts. wash again and drain the water and keep aside.
2. Mix all  the  masalas   along with little water and lemon juice and make paste like constancy apply both side of fish pieces into masala paste and marinate for 2 hours

3.Switch on the air fryer, apply both side coconut oil ,remove center rotating equipment from air fryer and place the fish inside the air fryer and set each side 8 minutes one side close the air fry and and allow grill  and do the same in other side.


Serve it with Plain rice dhal or chappathi, kuboos. if you are following paleo diet eat with soup and salads

I used here Tefal Air fryer it is very easy for preparing french fries, chicken fry items, all vegetable stir fry. ( for preapring fish  we have remove the roatator because the fish go mushy.

Restaurant Style Boneless Fish Curry


Boneless Fish Curry


 Boneless fish gravy for kids, I tasted this fish curry in Pakistani Restaurant, Dubai.

Dori fish - 300 gram  ( you can use any boneless fish)

olive oil + butter - 3 + 1  tbspn
onion - 1 big
tomato - 1 medium
curd - 2 tbspn
ginger garlik paste - 1 tspn

cumin powder - 1 tspn
Chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp
crushed red chilli  - 1/2 tspn


garam masala pwd - 1/2 tspn
coriander leaves - chopped 2 tspn
green chilli - chopped 1 no

for marinate

red chilli pwd - 1/2 tspn
lemon juice - 1 tbspn
salt - to taste
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn


Method

Marinate the fish with above masala for 10 to 15 min
In a pan add 1 tbspn oil fry onion and remove from the stove cool it.
grind onion and tomato smooth paste.

In the  same pan add more2 tbspn oil and fry the marinated fish and keep aside.

in a same oil add ground paste and add curd
 saute well add chilli pwd, crushed red chilli, cumin pwd, salt and mix well add enough water  and keep the flame very low cook above 5 min  till oil  separate.

now add fried fish, and cook 5 min, finally add coriander leaves, green chilli and garam masala mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.

Paleo Diet Meal - Boiled Veggie Stir Fry & King Fish Fry

King Fish Fry
Boiled veggie Stir Fry
Cucumber Salad



Boiled  veggie stir fry
Ingredients

biringal
carrot
zucchini
drumstick
chow chow

 altogether 200 gram

pepper pwd - half tspn
salt - half tsp
lemon juice - 1 tspn
 Curry Leaves - few
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Extra Virgin coconut oil - 1 tbspn 

Method
Wash and cut the vegetables and then boil with little water & salt. In a wide pan add coconut oil and temper it with cumin and curry leaves add boiled vegetables and sauté well sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper transfer it to a serving bowl! 
Eat this with some soup. Very easy meal for paleo.






King fish fry

Ingredients
200 gram - king fish
1 tsp - Blk pepper and chilli powder
Salt - half tspn
lemon juice - 1 tbspn
gg paste - half tspn
coconut oil - fry frying


Method
Wash and add above masala to fish marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the pan add coconut oil and keep the flame on medium fire, fry the fish both sides until golden brown.


Eat the veggie and fish fry with cucumber salad as a dinner for paleo diet.

Cut cucumber into round shape sprinkle with salt, pepper & lemon juice.

Recently I have started Paleo diet. I got  very good result  , now I reduced 7 kg weight in three months. I will post some of recipes one by one here later

Garlic and Pepper BBQ Salmon

Ingredients-

  1. Salmon Fish – ½ Kg
  2. Lemon – Juice – 1 tbspn
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Black pepper pwd – ½ tspn
  5. Garlic paste – 1tspn
  6. Cream cheese – 1 tbspn
  7. Olive oil – 3 tspn


Method
  1. Wash salmon fish and cut it into thick and lengthy pieces. 
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients olive oil, garlic paste ,black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice and add washed salmon fish and marinate it and keep it for about 20 minutes.
  3.  Grill the marinated salmon both sides until cooked. 
  4. Garlic and pepper BBQ salmon is ready to eat with Arabic Kuboos and Garlic sauce.

Note: You can marinate it overnight or I hour also. Instead of Black pepper you can add ground green chilli or red chilli powder.

Orange Flavored Grilled Salmon - My First Cookery Video



Ingredients


Salmon Fish – ½ Kg
Orange Juice – 1 Friut
Lemon – Juice – ½ 
Chopped Dill leaves – 2 tbspn
Chopped Mint Leaves – 1 tbspn
Chopped Curry Leaves – few
Salt – to taste
White pepper pwd – 1 tspn
Black pepper pwd – ½ tspn



Method


Wash salmon fish and cut  it into  thick  and lengthy pieces.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients olive oil, mint leaves, dill leaves, curry leaves, black pepper, white pepper, orange juice, lemon juice and add washed salmon fish and  marinate it and keep it for  about 10 minutes.

.Set  200 Degree  preheat  the oven , arrange  salmon on the middle rack grill about each side 10 minutes finally place the grill tray with salmon upper rack grill about  10 minutes and remove from the oven serve immediately.


Flavorful Grilled salmon is ready to eat with Arabic Kuboos and Garlic sauce.

Note: You can  marinate it  overnight or I hour also.

Instead of Black pepper you can add ground green chilli or red chilli powder.

தேவையான பொருட்கள்

ஆலிவ் ஆயில் - 3 மேசைகரண்டி
புதினா - ஒரு மேசைகரண்டி
தில் கீரை - இரண்டு மேசைகரண்டி
கருவேப்பிலை - சிறிது
கருப்பு மிளகு தூள் - அரை தேக்கரண்டி
வெள்ளை மிளகு தூள் - ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி
உப்பு - தேவைக்கு
ஆரஞ்சு ஜூஸ் ( கமலா பழம்) - ஒரு பழம்
லெமன் ஜூஸ் - ஒரு மேசைகரண்டி




செய்முறை

சால்மன் மீனை சுத்தம் செய்து 

நீளவாக்கில் தேவையான அளவு துண்டுகளாக போடவும்.
ஒரு பவுளில் ஆலிவ் ஆயில் ஊற்றி அதில் கருவேப்பிலை, கொத்துமல்லி , தில் கீரையை அரிந்து போட்டு மிளகு தூள் வகைகள், உப்பு, ஆரஞ்சு ஜுஸ், லெமன் ஜூஸ் சேர்த்து 10 நிமிடம் ஊறவைக்கவும் ( மேரினேட் செய்யவும்)

எலக்ட்ரிக் ஓவனை 200 டிகிரியில் செட் செய்து 20 நிமிடம் முற்சூடுபடுத்தி 
மிடில் ட்ரேயில் வைத்து 10 , 10 நிமிடம் இருபுறமும் கிரில் செய்யவும். கடைசியாக மேல் ட்ரேயில் வைத்து 10 நிமிடம் கிரில் செய்து எடுக்கவும்
