Saucey Steamed Thilapia with Vegetables















  1. Saucey Steamed Thilapia  with Vegetables
  2. 2 Big Thilapia Fish
  3. as needed Salt
  4. Few Lemon slices
  5. For vegetables:
  6. 200 grams Cluster Beans
  7. 100 grams Carrot
  8. 6 Garlic pods
  9. 1 tsp grated ginger
  10. 1 tbspn Butter
  11. 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
  12. 1/4 cup spring onion
  13. 1 oyster sauce
  14. 1 tbspn soy sauce
  15. 1 tbspn tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Wash the fish with salt and clean it well and remove the fish pin in the middle. 
    In the center of the fish Place the lemon cut in half and other pieces of lemon around the fish. 
    Now place the two fishes on the steamer. 
    wash all the veggies carrot,cluster beans,ginger,garlic. Remove the skin and chop the garlic,grate the ginger, cut the cluster beans into lengthwise,cut the carrot and cucumber into two inch size.
  2. Now mix all the veggies and place it over the fish. Close the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. 
    Take another pan add butter, chopped onion and garlic powder saute well add chopped spring onion and saute for 1 minute,next add oyster sauce,soy sauce,black pepper,salt,tomato ketchup,brown sugar and mix it well and add little water and stir it well and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Now arrange all vegetables on a serving plate,place the big steamed fish and spread over prepared sauce. set for 5 minutes. 
    Super dooper steamed saucey fish with vegetables is ready to eat for our lunch or dinner, this is an amazing dinner diet recipe.
