Prawn Head Soup with Oyster Sauce






Soups are very healthy for all and very perfect and goes 
well in this cool winter.
Generally soup are very healthy for all age groups and it has more iron content. 
 It is especially good for kids, anemic people, pregnant women and elderly people.

#Prawn head soup with oyster sauce
diet#liquid diet/#paleo diet, Prawn Heat Clear soup
Ingredients
prawn head 20 nos
bay leaves - 3 nos
lime leaves - 3 nos
cinamon stick - 1 no
ground whole coriander - 1 tspn
garlic clove -1 no
oyster sauce - 1 tspn
chilli sauce - 1 tpsn
salt - to taste
parsley - quarter cup
dry basil - 1/4 tspn
veg or chicken stock - 3 cup

butter - 2 tbsn
pomegranate  juice 1/2 cup


Method

Add all the above ingredients in a wide vessel and cook in medium flame for about 10-15 minutes.
Strain the cooked soup completely.
Heat butter in another vessel and add the prepared soup to it and let it boil for about 5 minutes.add pome juice
Flavoured prawn oyster soup is ready to serve!

This soup can be given to kids and people who have undergone surgery,since it is in a liquid consistency.

Poricha Kari - Mutton Dry Fry - 403



Poricha Kari is ( Dry mutton fry) very good side dish for dal with plain rice and paratta,chapathi, roti, nan.

Traditional Muslim Home Recipe very easy to prepare.

Porisa Kari - Muton Dry Fry
Ingredients
mutton - 1/2 kg
red chilli powder - 1 tbspn (Aachi Red chilli pwd or home made fresh chilli powder)
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
tomato - 1 no
salt - to taste
lemon - 1 tbspn
coriander leaves
cinnamon stick - half inch

oil - 3 tspn






Method
Wash the mutton and strain water completely.
in a bowl add mutton chopped tomato, gg paste, salt,red chilli powder,salt mix well marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Transfer the mutton into pressure cooker close the lid and leave 4 to 6 vessel.
After pressure release boil the mutton until mutton absorbs all the water .
In separate pan heat oil add cinnamon stick and add cooked mutton and roast it nicely.
Finally sprinkle the lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well.
Transfer the mutton fry into serving plate.



We can roll it with Bread, chappathi or eat it with rice and dal. This is the perfect dish which can be packed while travelling or as lunch for children's.
Even bachelors also can cook it easily

Masala Tea / Chai - 2


சுட சுட மசாலா சாய்#குளிர்காலத்துக்கு இதமானது.

Masala Chai (Masala Tea/Masala Chayaa) is perfect drink for this cool winter season
Excellent remedy for sore throat.
For Tea Masala Powder
Dry ginger powder - tspn
Whole black pepper – 5 nos
Clove – 1 optional
Palm sugar- 3tspn or normal Sugar
Cardamom – 8 nos
Cinnamon – ½ inch size
(if u have u can add dry tulsi and dry mint)
‪#‎Powder‬ the above dry ingredients.#

For the Chai
Fresh milk 2 glasses
Water – 2 glasses
Tea powder (Lipton) or Brokeband any brand – 3 tspn
Above Powdered masala chai powder - 1 tbspn
Sugar - required qty
How to make Masala Tea/chai


Method
Mix all the ingredients except sugar, heat and boil for about 10 minutes in the medium flame. After boiling strain it through the tea Strainer and add sugar mix it well. Serve it hot.
Serves: 4
Preparation Time : 10 to 15 minutes.

Chicken Satay / Electric Grill

 Chicken Satay kids favorite finger food easy to prepare and marinate with cream and cheese, perfect recipe for cool winter season. Enjoy with Juice or saffron tea
 

Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken (Breast pcs) – ½ kg
  2. Cheese - 1 tbspn
  3. Cream - 1 tspn
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
  6. olive oil  - 1 tbspn
  7. curd - 1 tspn
  8. oregano, basi, rosemary, thyme - 1 tspn
  9. wooden or bamboo skewers - needed qty
 


 
 

Method

  1. Soak skewers (kabab Sticks) in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash chicken and cut lengthwise 3 “ sizes , 4 or 5 stripes.
  3. In a bowl add chicken and marinate all above masalas and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. Thread the chicken stripes onto the skewers and slit on sides.
  5. Place the chicken satay in a electric BBQ grill brush with olive oil and grill both sides for 6 minutes ,turning occasionally.
Serve with kuboos , mayonnaise and garlic sauce

If u dont have electric grill u can grill in convection microwave also or u can grill in a heavy based tawa...close the lid and fry in low flame

Sweet Corn Carrot Soup with Oregano


Colorful soup kids favorite

Ingredients
corn  - 100 gram
carrot - 50 gram (cut in small pieces)
maggi vegetable stock - small pieces 
water - 500 ml
oregano  - 1/2 tspn
crushed black pepper - 1/2 tspn

maida (plain flour) - 1 tspn
milk - 50 ml

cream of sweet corn - 25 gr

Method

Boil water with veg stock, salt,oregano
add corn and carrot cook for 7 min
mix maida and milk together and add it to soup and cook for3 mintes
finally add cream of sweet corn and pepper powder cook for 2 miutes, remove from the stove
serve hot with garlic bun.

Masala Chai/Masala Chay/Masala Tea






Masala Chay (Masala Tea/Masala Chayaa) is very good drink for this winter season

For Tea Masala Powder

Dry ginger  - 1 inch size
Whole black pepper – 5 nos
Clove – 2
Palm sugar- 3tspn

Powder the above dry ingredients.


For the Chai

Milk powder  - 7 tspn
Water – 4 glasses 
Tea powder (Lipton) or any brand – 1 tspn
Above Powdered masala powder 
Sugar  - required qty

Note:Less tea powder is enough for this Masala tea.
