Mashed Vegtable and Fruit with Dhal


      MASHED VEGETABLE AND FRUIT

Serve: 1 Baby
INGREDIENTS:
Potato – ¼ piece of 1
Apple – ¼ piece of 1
Carrot – ¼ piece of 1


cooked Plain dhal - one soup spoon.

METHOD:
Wash and peel of the skin and seed, now steam it well in  well in a pressure cooker.
Add cooked Plain dhal Mash them and mix well  with a clean spoon and feed your baby.
Definitely your baby will enjoy the yummy food.

Roasted Gram Banana Delight



                                              ROASTED GRAM BANANA DELIGHT:
Serve: 1 Baby

INGREDIENTS:
Roasted gram – 25 grams
Small banana – 1
Sugar (or) Palm sugar, nattu sarkkarai – 10 grams





METHOD:

Roast the roasted gram slightly then powder them with palm sugar, mix the banana well with the powdered roasted gram and feed to your cute baby. 

Note: After starting this food, your baby will be chubby. If your baby is having cough means you can add little pepper powder to this food and feed them.

Lemon Honey N Nuts Fruit Salad



Ingredients
Lemon  - 1no
Honey  -  full of 2 soup spoon
Nestle cream  - 1  small Tin
Needed Fruits:Papaya, Apple, Pineapple,Green pears,Black Grapes, Avacoda,banana – 3 cups
Nuts – badam,pista,walnut, casuenut –  Each 5 nos
Raisins  - 10


Method
Cut all the fruits and mix lemon juice, then add nestle cream and mix it well.
Chop all nuts and roast it in little ghee (or) butter, then add to fruit mix.
Finally add the honey and mix it well.
Very good healthy rich nuts fruit salad for party.
You can use sweetened condensed milk instead of honey.
