Yellow Apple with Pome Salad
This Salad perfect for summer season to beat down the heat.
Sometimes for my morning breakfast I eat this type of salad. It’s a great filling and very light food. Eating salad every day giving us many health benefits. Salad helps to prevent from many diseases like heart problem and blood pressure, it helps to reduce our weight, control the cholesterol It also helps in weight gain, It is a high energy low fat snack too//
Yellow Apple – 1 no
Pomegranate pearls – 4 tbspn
Cucumber – 1 of ½
Orange slice small – 4 pcs
Orange juice – 1 tbspn
Lemon juice – 1 tspn
Pepper – ¼ tspn
Salt – ¼ tspn
Sugar – ½ tspn
Chop the apple and cucumber
In a Bowl mix apple, cucumber, orange and pomegranate
Mix well above given dressing ingredients and add it to fruit bowl.
Garnishing with cucumber and mint leaves.
Keep the salad into fridge for ½ hour.
Serve it immediately.
