Chicken Drumstick In Airfryer with Eastern Tandoori Masala Easy way to cook chicken Drumstick #Oil less Drumstick #weightloss





Ingredients 

Chicken Drumstick - 1 kg
Eastern  Thandoori Masala - 4Tspn
Curd - 4 Tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tspn
Kashmiri Chilli pwd - 1 tspn
Lemon Juice  - 4 Tspn
Salt -- 2 tspn 


Method

Wash and strain Chicken Drumstic  and pierce with fork.
Mix all the above ingredients to chicken and marinate 3 hour. 
Brush the oil or butter to a Air fryer  and cook 20 min ( keep each side 10 min)


Instead of Air Fryer you can Deep fry or grill 
simple and easy recipe

Kids Friendly Healthy Recipe

Ingredients 

Cooked Rajma - 100 gram
Bread slices - 6 nos
Onion - one no
grated cabbage - 2 tbspn
Spring Onion - 2 stalk 
garlic - 3 pods 
Tri colour Capsicum 
Oregano - 2 tspn
Chilli flakes - 1 tbspn
Tomato ketchup - required qty
Mozerrella cheese  -  Required qty
butter - 6 tspn

Preparation Method

Heat  Olive oil  in a pan add chopped garlic and green chilli sauté well.
Add chopped onion , grated cabbage , chopped spring onion   sauté 2 minutes.
Add cooked rajma sauté  2 minutes .
finally add  chopped tri colour capsicum , origano and chilli flakes and required salt  mix well and remove from the heat.

Assembling and Grilling
take two sandwich bread spread two sides tomato ketchup and one side mozarella cheese other bread one side prepared filling then close two bread together and in grill pan add butter and place the sandwich and grill it as per grill timing.








Note : Instead of grill you can prepare with tawa also.
Instead of rajma you can replace any other legumes (pulses) like Black channa, white channa, green whole moong dal, Eye peas...

Peswari Mutton kadai





Peshawar Mutton kadai is popular in Pakistani restaurant and Karachi restaurant.

Ingredients
Mutton with Bones - ½ kg
Tomato – 400 gram
Green chilli – 2
Curd – 1 tbspn
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tspn


To grind


Whole coriander seeds – 1 tbspn
Whole pepper corn- 1 tpn
Oil  - 2 tspn

For Garnishing

Juliennes ginger
Coriander leaves


Dry roast and grind under to grind ingredients
Wash the mutton strain the water.

Method
Heat cooker and pour the oil ,add ginger garlic paste and saute 2 minutes and add mutton pieces and toss well.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir well and allow to cook about 5 minutes.
Add chopped green chilli, salt, curd stir well and close the cooker lid leave 5 whistle.
After pressure release, in another pan add little butter + oil and pour the cooked mutton.
 Add ground spice powder and stir well allow cook until water absorb.
Garnishing with coriander leaves and julienne ginger.
Mouth water delicious Peshawar mutton kadai is ready to serve with chappati, parrata, naan.
