Besan Atta Dosa with Tomato Chutney Roll

Besan Atta  Dosa  with Tomato Chutney Roll

It is a very quick and a healthy breakfast for all.

serves : 1
preparation time : 5 min
cooking time :  6 min
makes :3


Atta ( wheat flour)- 75grams
besan Flour - 25 gram 
salt - 1/4 tspn (to taste)
chopped onion -   1 medium
chopped green chilli - 1 small 
olive oil -  3 tpsn


Mix all the ingredients to a  dosa batter consistency. 
Heat a non stick pan.  Pour a ladle full of batter and spread around like a dosa shape. 
Sprinkle little oil around the dosa. 
Flip it over and cook the other side too, until golden brown. 
Serve the dosa with Tomato chutney.

Onion Tomato Chutney

Chopped Onion  - 2 Nos
Chopped Ripe tomato - 2 no
Chill powder - 1/2 tspn
salt - to taste

For Tempering

Oil - 1 tspn
musturd seeds - 1/2 tspn
chopped garlic - 1 tspn
curry leaves - few
coriender leaves - few
Heat a pan and temper the above said ingredients and add chopped onion fry for 2 minutes.
add tomato, chilli pwd,salt stir well and cook on low fire about 5 minutes  until onion and tomatoes are soft oil begins to appear on the side of the pan.remove from  heat, serve it with Idli ,dosa  or chappathi
