Palak hamuus - 2
Ingredients
- Palak – ¾ bunch
- White onion – one no
- White pepper pwd – ½ tspn
- Boiled chick peas – 100 gram
- Lemen juice – one tspn
- Roasted white sesame seeds – one tbspn
- Garlic pod 3 nos
- Salt to taste
- Oilve oil – required qty
For garnishing
- Olive oil
- Boiled chick peas
- Paparika powder
- Kuboos
Palak Humuus -
Method
- Boil water in vessel add palak , garlic onion cook for 5 minutes remove from heat and strain it
- In a mixie ,add chickpeas ,white sesame seeds, salt and add strained palak, garlic and onion graind smooth paste.
- Transfer this palak hamuus into serving bowl spread olive oil sprinkle little paprika powder and serve with grilled item with kuboos.
