Ingredients
To roast and to powder:
Whole coriander seeds – 2 tbspn
Whole red chilies – 8
Channa dhal – 2 tbspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Dry coconut powder - 2 tbspn (we can use fresh also)
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch size - 1
Clove – 3

Methi seeds – ¼ tspn
Curry leaves – few
Curry leaves – few
Hing (asafoetida) – two pinches (or) small piece
Method
Roast and powder the above-said ingredients.
Dry roast with little oil each of all the given ingredients Separately ,Let it cool for sometime and Grind together into a power.
Transfer the healthy powder into an Air-tight container.
