Gooseberry Laban/Buttermilk is a
delicious dish which is liked by the people of every age group
Ingredients
·
Laban/Butter milk – 250 ml
·
Ginger – one inch size
·
Goose berry – 1 no
·
Coriander and mint – ¼ cup chopped
·
Salt to taste
·
Ice cubes – 5 nos
Method
·
Wash and remove skin from ginger and remove seed from
gooseberry.
·
Wash and chop coriander leaves and mint
·
In a blender add mint, coriander, gooseberry, ice cubes, ginger,
laban and salt blend well .
·
Transfer the greenish laban in to cup or tall glass and serve
immediately
