Tuitti Fruity Pancakes

Tutti Fruity Pancake

You can make Pancakes for breakfast or for parties.  Kids love to eat these colorful pancakes.I am regularly preparing this  different flavours, Coconut milk pancake, Banana pancake, pineapple pancake, pomegranate pancake, raisins pancake etc , .... But  sprinkling tutti fruity very attractive and yummy. Most of my recipes are kids delight only.

Ingredients:

All purpose flour  (Maida) - 200 grams
eggs - 2
salt - 1 pinch
sugar - 100 grams
vanilla   essence - 1 drop
Tutti  frutti - required qty
Oil + Butter - required qty
ghee - required qty

Method

Mix the ingredients (except oil+ butter, ghee and tutti frutti) .   Add water and milk and blend well  in a mixer (blender)  to a  thick batter.  You can also mix well with a fork or a whisk to make a thick batter.  Make sure that there are no lumps.
Heat a non stick pan.   Pour a ladle full of batter and  spread to have  a thick pancake.  Sprinkle the tutti frutti over it.   Cook on low heat.   Add little oil or butter.   Carefully, flip or turn over the pancake and cook the other side on low heat to golden brown.  Make sure that it does not get burned. Instead of Tutti Fruity you can use pomegranate or Black raisins.
Enjoy.
