Paneer Fry with Oregano

Simple and Easy Paneer Fry


for marination

Amul Paneer  Cubes – 100 gram
Kashmeri chili powder - 1 tspn
salt - to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tspn
Curd – 1 tspn
Ginger garlic paste – ½   tspn
Oregano – ¼ tspn

 Oil –  1 tbspn ( for shallow fry)


1. Add all the masala into paneer cube  and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the pan add oil and keep the flame on medium fire, fry the Paneer well get the all sides   golden brown.
3. Serve it with a snacks and also cook with spegatti or fried rice
