like this spaghetti much and delicious for party. We can prepare more varieties with cheese, Paneer, vegetable,egg,chicken,
mutton,beef, etc
Ingredients
1. Amul Paneer – 100 gram
2. Del monte Spaghetti - 200 gram
3. Salt – to taste
4. tomato ketchup – 100 gram
5. Spring Onion, 3 strips
6. Chopped Green Chilli – 3 nos
7. Frozen Mixed Vegetable – 2 tbspn (carrot,corn,beans,peas)
8. Chopped Garlic - 3 cloves
9. Sugar – 1 pinch
10 . Oil + butter – 2tspn
Paneer Fry – Please refer last post
Method
1.Break the Spaghetti to
desired size.
Add enough water. Add ½ tspn salt, ½
tspn oil to Spaghetti and cook.
2. In a wide pan, heat butter+ oil
3. Add the Chopped garlic,green chilli
,sugar Saute for 1 min
add the Spring onion & sauté for two minutes.
Stir well and keep the flame low cook for 5 minutes
5. Now add the cooked Spaghetti and stir well. Finally add the fried paneer and serve
immediately.
