Nutty Garam masala Chocolate Cake : Serves : 4
Maida (All Purpose Flour) - 100 grams
Powdered Sugar - 100 grams
Butter - 100 gram
eggs - 2 nos
Baking Powder - 1/4 tspn
Bicarbonate of soda - pinch
coco powder - 1 tpsn
salt - 1/2 pinch
garam masala - 1/4 tspn (cinnamon, cardamon, clove)
chocolate essence - 1/2 tspn
Mixed Nuts (Badam, Pista, Cashew) - 2 tbspn
1. Sieve the flour, baking powder, Bicarbonate of soda, and coco powder.
2. In a bowl, beat the sugar and butter to a creamy texture.
3. Add the eggs, flour mix , salt and garam masala , one by one. Mix them gently, without lumps.
4 . Finally, mix the nuts and chocolate essence. Transfer the batter into a microwave safe bowl and set 4 minutes in the microwave to bake.
5. Set again for 3 minutes and bake it in the microwave oven.
Let it cool and cut into desired shapes.
