Eggless Ragi Chocolate Mug Cake
Ragi Flour (kezvaraku maavu) - 3 tspn
Maida Flour (plain Flour) - 3 tspn
Sodium bi carbonate – 1 pinch
Bakiing pwd – ¼ tspn
Curd – 1 tbpsn
Water – 2 tbspn
Oil - 1 tbspn
Salt – ½ pinch
Dark Chocolate Bar (patchi)– 3 pcs (1” x 1” inch size
bar)
Method
Sieve maida, ragi, baking pwd, and sodium bi carbonate 3
times.
Add curd,oil,water and chocolate essence beat well
Melt the chocolate and add it to cake mix.
Transfer to a microwave oven safe mug and set 3 minutes to bake the mix.
Yummy mug cake is ready to be serve.
