Coconut Milk with Pineapple Juice
Preparation Time: 6 Minutes
Serve: 3 Person
Del Monte Pineapple Slice (canned) - 10 slices
ice cubes - 5
coconut milk fresh (or) canned - 200 ml
sugar - to taste
In a blender (mixie), add pineapple, sugar, and one cup of water.
Blend them together well and strain the juice through a cheese cloth or a muslin cloth.
Once again in a blender, add the strained juice and coconut milk run it for one or two pulses.
Transfer the juice in to a big serving glass.
Pineapple is rich in vitamin C and is good to control cold and sore throat.
