Plain Flour Dosa/Pancake
It is a very quick and a Tasty breakfast & Dinner for all, I used to eat this lunch in my school days with idli podi and it is also my hubby's favourite dish.
serves : 3
preparation time : 7 min
cooking time : 20min
Plain Flour - 200grams
salt - 1/2 tspn (to taste)
chopped onion - 3 medium
chopped green chilli - 2small
oil - required qty
Mix all the ingredients to a thick dosa batter consistency.
Heat a non stick pan. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread around like a dosa shape.
Sprinkle little oil around the dosa.
Flip it over and cook the other side too, until golden brown.
Serve the Maida onion dosa idli podi, onion prawn thokku, sugar.
I like to eat with sugar. It's amazing.
