King Fish 65 & Prawn 65
Simple and easy king fish 65
King fish – ½ kg
Kashmeri chili powder - 1 tbspn
salt - to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsn
garlic paste – 11/2 tspn
Corn flour powder – 1 tbsn
Oil for frying
1. Clean the fish two three times and add white vinegar (or) turmeric powder soak
5 minutes and wash again and drain the water and keep aside.
2. Mix all the masala paste constancy and dip both side of fish pieces into
masala paste and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Heat the pan add oil and keep the flame on medium fire, fry the fish both sides golden brown.
4. Serve it with Plain rice dhal or chappathi, Bread, kuboos.
Same masala with I prepared in Prawn also.
