'Tis sad that we don't have Biryaani here in the Philippines really. I don't think any Filipino in this Philippine country can cook the perfect Biryaani. I miss eating biryaani from the Indian and Pakistani restaurants, and from Pakistani friends, back in Saudi Arabia.
