IINGREDIENTS:
LIVER | 200 GRAM |
GINGR GARLIC PASTE | 1 TSPN |
CHILLY POWDER | ½ TSPN |
SALT | TO TASTE |
OIL | 2 TSPN |
SOYA SAUCE | 1 TSPN |
LEMON JUICE | ¼ TSPN |
PEPER POWDER | ½ TSPN |
CORIANDER LEAVES | FEW FOR GARNISHING |
METHOD
Rinse and drain the liver.In a pan heat oil
add onion, ginger garlic paste one by one fry for 2 min
now add liver,chilly, salt, stir fry 2 min.close the lid and allow cook 2 min in low fire,add, gram masala, pepper,soya sauce, lemon juice, fry continuously 2 mingarnish with coriander leavesNote: Liver has iron. It is good for people, who is anemic. It cures mouth ulcers.
