LIVER (GOAT) FRY

INGREDIENTS:



LIVER
200 GRAM
GINGR GARLIC PASTE
1 TSPN
CHILLY POWDER
½ TSPN
SALT
TO TASTE
OIL
2 TSPN
SOYA SAUCE
1 TSPN
LEMON JUICE
¼ TSPN
PEPER POWDER
½ TSPN


CORIANDER LEAVES
FEW FOR GARNISHING



METHOD

Rinse and drain  the liver. 
In a pan heat oil
add onion, ginger garlic paste one by one fry for 2 min
now add liver,chilly, salt, stir fry 2 min.
close the lid and allow cook 2 min in low fire,
add, gram masala, pepper,soya sauce, lemon juice, fry continuously  2 min
garnish with coriander leaves

Note: Liver has iron.  It is good for people, who is anemic. It cures mouth ulcers.
