Healthy Diet Ragi Beet Dosa & Mint Chutney
Ingredients
Ragi powder – 100 gram
Rice powder – 1 tabls spoon
Rava ( soji) 1 tspn
Grated beetroot – 3 table spoon
Salt – to taste
Water – required qty
Chopped onion – 2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves – few
Chopped green chilli – 1 no
Gingelly oil or olive oil – required qty
Method
In a bowl add ragi Flour, rice flour, ravai
(soji),grated beet,chopped green chilli,salt,chopped onion and chopped
coriander leaves add water little by little dosa batter consistency and sit for
10 minutes.
Heat non stick dosa pan pour the mixed ragi batter spread
thin dosa sprinkle gingelly oil or olive oil cook both side well and remove
from the heat. Cook rest of all batter .
It’s goes very will Mint chutney or Idli podi
