Double Layer Mango and Chocolate Mini Cheese Cake


Digestive biscuit –  7 nos
Butter – ¼ cup
Cream cheese – 150 gram
Cream – 50 gram
Sugar – 3 tbspn
Sweetened condensed milk – 2 tspn
Ripe Mango – 1 nos
Gelatin - 1 tbspn
For mango glaze
Chocolate powder  – 4 tspn
Gelatin – ¼ tspn
Sugar – 1 tbspn
For garnishing
Seedless Black Grapes  cut into 4 pieces

Powder the digestive biscuits in a food processor, melt the butter and mix with the biscuit powder.
Take 6 mini cup cake mould pour the biscuit & butter mix into each cups evenly and press tightly and set it in refrigerator for ½ hour.
 Take 2 tbspn of warm water and mix gelatin. And keep it aside.
In a food processor add mango, cream cheese, cream, sugar, condensed milk, soaked gelatin .
Pour this batter  over the biscuit crust and refrigerate it  for 2 hours.
For the glaze
Mix chocolate powder, gelatin, sugar and boil for  about 5 minutes, cool and pour it  over the mango cream mixer and set for  ½ hour.
Garnishing with Seedless Black Grapes.
Yummy Double Layer Mango & chocolate Cheese  Cake is ready. Kids would love this mini cheese cake.

Double Layer Cheese Cake
 I have tried this below cheese cake , its taste is very yummy.

Instead of Gelatin we can use Agar Agar.
