This tasty recipe is prepared by one of my colleagues daughter ( Fb: Nazneen from Kanoor) who has very much fascination for cooking at her young age.
How
to prepare yummy and tasty Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
For Spaghetti:
Spaghetti or any other pasta of your desire - 500g
Water
Salt
Olive
oil – 1 tbspn
Preparing process:
Take a
large vessel add water, salt, olive oil and wait until the water gets boiled
well. Once the water is boiled well add 500g of spaghetti in to it. Leave it
for a while until the spaghetti gets cooked well. When cooked drain it well and keep it aside.
For marinating: (1 or ½ hr)
Chicken
boneless - 1/2 kg
Salt -to taste
Lemon/vinegar
- 1 tbspn
Ginger
garlic crushed – 1 tspn
Cumin
powder- ½ tspn
Red
chilli powder – 2 tspn
Turmeric
powder – ½ tspn
Preparation process:
Take a
pan, add some oil. Once the oil gets heated add the marinated chicken in to it
for shallow fry.
For masala:
Onion - 1 ½
Green
chilli (non- spicy) – 4 pcs (cut in to small pieces)
Coriander
leaves - few
Mint
leaves - few
Tomato
paste – 2 or 3 tbspn
Soya
sauce – 1 tspn
Red
chilly sauce – 2 tspn
Fresh
cream – 1 full (small tin)
Preparation process:
Take
another pan add little amount of oil. Once oil gets heated add ginger garlic
crushed, stir it well until light golden brown color. Now add green chilly
,coriander and mint leaves, stir it well unless that raw smell goes away. Add tomato
paste, soya sauce, red chilly sauce and stir it well for 5 mins. Finally add
fresh cream and milk and stir it thoroughly.
If the masala seems to be too thick add 2 glasses of water (if not too thick add 1 glass of water).
Leave the pan closed with a lid and cook it well for about 10 - 15 mins (make sure that your masala does not get
sticked to the bottom of your pan).
Once
the masala gets ready , add the spaghetti
in to it, mix it thoroughly until all the masala gets stick in to it.
For garnishing:
Sprinkle
some dry red chilly flakes, coriander and mint leaves .
Your
yummy and tasty paste is ready..serve it hot….and enjoy your dinner…..
