How to make Kuboos - Arabic Kuboos - Arabic Bread


I tried many times kuboos for my children as their taste. My son's favorite recipe.
Kuboos is a Arabic Bread (like chappathi) It is a Traditional food for all Arabs.It is a healthy diet food.

Serves : 4 person

Ingredients
Maida  (All purpose flour)– 2 1/2  cup
wheat - 1/2 cup
Yeast – ½ tspn
Sugar – 2 tspn
Hot milk – 1/2cup
Salt – ½ tspn
Butter -50 gram
           





In half glass of hot water add yeast, salt, sugar dissolve it and make it sit for 10 minutes, then add maida (plain flour) , wheat flour , hot milk and butter mix well  make a soft dough. Set aside for 3 hour.

Divide the dough into sweet orange or big lemon size ball dust more flour and prepare thick chappathies .


     Heat a tawa (pan) and put the prepared thick chappathie and cook for  2 minutes flip over and cook for another 2 minutes, no need to spread the oil.



Arabic kuboos is ready to serve.
It goes very well with all grill items (chicken, mutton ,beef) & with hamuus , Kabab,tikka all type of gravy , egg varieties and vegetable gravies.This kuboos is really a tasty food.
Instead of maida you can also use wheat flour (atta).

Avocado Mango Smoothie with Honey dates Syrup


Healthy Breakfast Drink

Avocado Mango Juice with Honey dates Syrup

 Serves : 2
Cooking time : 7 min


Ingredients
Ripe Avocado Fruit  - 1 no
Ripe Mango – 1 no
Dates Honey Syrup – 1 tsbpn
Milk – 100 ml
Ice cubes : 5 nos
For garnishing
Pista flakes

Method
Remove Skin and seed from Avocado and mango fruit.
Cut into small pieces.
Add everything in a mixer blend well; Transfer the smoothie into serving glass.
Garnishing with pista flakes and serve immediately.

Yellow Apple with Pome Salad
This Salad perfect for summer season to beat down the heat.

Sometimes for my morning breakfast I eat this type of salad. It’s a great filling and very light food. Eating salad every day giving us many health benefits. Salad helps to prevent from many diseases like heart problem and blood pressure, it helps to reduce our weight, control the cholesterol It also helps in weight gain, It is a high energy low fat snack too//





Ingredients
Yellow Apple – 1 no
Pomegranate pearls – 4 tbspn
Cucumber – 1 of ½
Orange slice small – 4 pcs
For dressing
Orange juice – 1 tbspn
Lemon juice – 1 tspn
Pepper – ¼ tspn
Salt – ¼ tspn
Sugar – ½ tspn
For garnishing
Cucumber
Mint leaves

Method
Chop the apple and cucumber
In a Bowl mix apple, cucumber, orange and pomegranate
Mix well above given dressing ingredients and add it to fruit bowl.
Garnishing with cucumber and mint leaves.
Keep the salad into fridge for ½ hour.
Serve it immediately.
