Hide and seek Biscuit Dates Halwa



Rich Healthy Iron Recipe

Hide and seek Biscuit Halwa

துபாய் புர்காதுபாய் புர்கா

Dates – 250 gram
Hide and Seek Biscuit – ½ packet (100gram)
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Ghee Roasted Cashew nut – 50 gram
Salt – ½ pinch
Butter – 3 tablespoon


Brown Sugar – 1 tablespoon





Method
Soak dates in a warm water for 10 minutes, Remove seed and grind a paste with soaked water.
In a pan add butter and add ground dates paste stir it continuously for 5 minutes.
Powder the hide and seek biscuits add it to a dates paste stir it well, add brown sugar, salt, cook again till halwa consistency finally add 35 gram chopped roasted cashew and transfer halwa to a serving bowl and garnishing with balance roasted  cashew nuts.
