Tomato Carrot Chutney -2

2016 My First Post


Happy new years friends! I know its long since I've posted few recipes because of very busy schedules.I am too busy with my business Chennai plaza So, whenever Im free,ill post new yummy recipes with extra spiciness fulfilling your expectations here-forth.

I hope you guys would be working out with your new year resolutions to lessen your weight and working out.This is the right time i guess to share my paleo diet recipes which helped me to loose 7 kgs within three months!

Tangy Tomato chutney(dip) side dish for all 

Tomato Carrot  Chutney


for tempering

Gingelly Oil – ½ tspn
Mustard seeds – ½ tspn
Curry leaves - few

For grinding

Ripe Tomato – 3 large
Carrot - 1 no
whole red chilli  - 2 nos
Aachi Red chilli pwd - 1/4 tspn
Garlic -  2 nos
Ginger - 1/4 inch pc
Salt – to taste
jaggery - 1/4 inch pc ( optional)


Method 
In a mixie add tomato, carrot, garlic, ginger, red chilli pwd, salt, whole red chilli ,jaggery
(do not add water) ground well.
 In a pan, heat the oil temper with mustard seeds  & curry leaves.
Add ground tomato carrot mix and cook for 5 minutes till the water absorb.

Healthy Tomato carrot chutney is ready to serve.
It's very good dip for paleo diet and  this chutney goes well with any Snack or South Indian Tiffin items
Healthy side dish for ragi idly
