Chicken Lolipop Electric Grill

Chicken lolipop is all age groups favorite, here i am prepared with electric grill.
Real charcoal effect .very easy to prepare at home within 20 mintutes.
Iron Ingredient - Chicken
Preparation Time  : 15 minutes + marinating time
cooking time: 20 minutes 
serve : 6 persons
Chicken Lolipop Electric Grill

Ingredients

Chilli powder – 1 tspn

Pepper powder – 1tpsn

Cumin powder – 1 tspn

Salt – to taste

Ginger garlic paste – 3 tspn

Olive oil – 1 tbspn

Curd – 2 tbspn

Dry Methi leaves – 1 tbspn

chicken  lolipop 1 kg

lemon – 1 tbspn

Method

Wash chicken   4 , 5 times and slit 4 or 5 stripes.

In a bowl add washed chicken and marinate all above masalas and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Place the  (arrange) chicken lolipop  in a electric BBQ grill  brush with olive oil  and grill  both sides 10 minutes ,turning occasionally . 

Serve with kuboos , mayonnaise  and garlic sauce
