BottleGourd & Fenugreek Pakoda

Ingredients
- Fresh Meethi Leaves - 1 punch small
- Grated Bottle gourd – ½ cup
- Besan (kadalai maavu) – 150gram
- Rice flour – 50 gram
- Grated ginger – 1 tbspn
- Sugar – ½ tspn
- Salt – to taste
- Chopped green chilli – 1 no
- chopped onion - 1 (medium sized one)
- Bicarbonate of soda – 1 pinch
- Asafoetida (hing powder) - 1 pinch
- salt - 3/4 tspn
- Oil – for frying
