Chocolate, Mixed Fruit & Nuts Mug Cake


Chocolate, Mixed Fruit & Nuts Mug Cake  

Serves : 3
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 5 min


Ingredients

All purpose flour (maida) –   3 tbpsn
brown sugar  – 3 tbspn
Chocolate drink powder – 25 grams
baking powder – ½ tspn
bicarbonate of soda – ¼ tspn
Honey – 1 tspn
Grated dairy milk nuts chocolate  - 1 tbspn
Canned mixed fruit tin –   ½ tin
pineapple essence – 1 drop
Egg – 1 no
butter – 2 tbpsn
 Chopped  Mixed Nuts (cashew, pista flakes, badam )– each 1 tspn

for garnishing

Pista flakes – 2 tspn

Method

1.       Sieve the flour, chocolate powder, bicarbonate of soda
 baking powder and the flour.
2.       In a bowl, beat brown sugar,sugar and butter to a creamy texture.

3.       Add the egg, canned mixed fruit, juice, flour mix,   one by one and mix gently  without  lumps.
 4. Add all nuts and Grated dairy milk nuts chocolate mix gently.



5.  Transfer to a microwave oven safe mug and set 4 to 5 minutes to bake the mix.



 6.   Let it cool. Cut desire shape.



Easy and yummy chocolate and Nuts & Mixed Fruit  Mug Cake is ready to eat.
